With the changes encountered with the COVID 19 Pandemic, services have expanded from only in-office or in-home to telehealth. Carrie’s desire to help children, adults, and families pursue their ability to be the best version of themselves is what she strives for. With working with children as young as infants to adults allows families to recover from trauma using person and family centered practices and nurturing the relationship between caregivers and children in place of therapist and child is just what the family needs. Adults are also given the safe environment they need to improve quality of life; manage symptoms they are experiencing as well as process through areas of concern.
